What to contact us about
- Corrections — if any figure or statement on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix and log it publicly. See corrections.
- Missing topics — if you searched for something we do not cover yet, check the roadmap first; if it is not there, tell us.
- Scam reports — lookalike sites, WhatsApp schemes or anyone charging for grant help. We document them on scams.
What we cannot help with
We cannot see SASSA's systems, so we cannot tell you why your specific application is pending, move a payment date, or lodge an appeal for you. What we can do is explain every status and decline reason in plain language — start at the status check guide.
